Helen Hardy, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner originally from Yorkshire, England. She has lived in the USA for the past 21 years.
Her journey in healthcare has been shaped by a passion for listening, advocating, and partnering with patients — especially those facing chronic conditions and barriers to care.
Her experience includes working with vulnerable populations, from individuals experiencing homelessness to those with developmental disabilities. Most recently, she has worked with Medicare and Medicaid patients managing chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
Outside of work, Helen spends a lot of time with her family. She is a proud nana to six amazing grandchildren, and loves to travel to visit family in both England and Ohio when she can.
