Do you accept new patients?

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please complete the form found under the 'Contact' tab and someone will be in touch shortly to schedule your first appointment.

What insurance plans do you accept?

Currently accepting Cigna health insurance. Awaiting credentialing for BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Tufts, and Harvard. At this time I am unable to accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes, we offer secure video visits for many types of appointments.

Who are telehealth visits suitable for?

Telehealth visits are a convenient and effective option for many patients including those who:

Need care for non-emergency issues like cold symptoms, allergies, minor infections or skin conditions
Manage chronic conditions and require routine follow-ups.
Prefer flexible care due to mobility, distance, or schedule constraints
Need to review lab results, imaging or treatment progress


Please note, for primary care patients or those with chronic conditions, it is recommended to have a BP monitor in the home and be comfortable using this independently


Do you prescribe controlled substances or will you refill a prescription originally initiated by another provider?

At this time I am unable to prescribe controlled substances such as opiate pain relief and anxiolytics such as benzodiazepines, even if initiated by another provider.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records from previous providers.
