About Helen

Helen Hardy, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner originally from Yorkshire, England. I have lived in the USA for the past 21 years.

My journey in healthcare has been shaped by a passion for listening, advocating, and partnering with patients, especially those facing chronic conditions and barriers to care

My experience includes working with vulnerable populations, from individuals experiencing homelessness to those with development disabilities. Most recently I have worked with Medicare/Medicaid patients managing chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my family. I am a proud nana to six amazing grandchildren. I love to travel to visit my family in both England and Ohio when I can.
